I only received one bracelet when it was advertised as a pair

This seller is very misleading, she advertiseda pair of bangle bracelets one dragon and one phoenix. I even messaged her to verify and she say she thought it would be a great gift because giving a pair is nicer then a single bracelet
The receipt shows a pair of bracelets and the description reads Chinese style, dragon and phoenix gold bracelet.

I wouldn’t have purchased a single bracelet for the price
